WHAT TO EXPECT

A leadership role managing complex software delivery across global teams.

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of software development initiatives
• Act as the key liaison between engineering teams, product owners, and stakeholders
• Monitor progress against KPIs and programme milestones, ensuring clear communication
• Identify and mitigate risks early to keep projects on track
• Drive continuous improvement in delivery practices and team performance
• Foster a culture of collaboration, ownership, and end-to-end accountability

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

A strong technical foundation, Agile mindset, and the ability to lead with clarity and confidence.

• Proven experience delivering complex software programmes in Agile environments
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills across technical and non-technical teams
• Deep understanding of software development processes and quality standards
• Proficiency with Agile frameworks (e.g. Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and tools like Jira and Confluence
• Ability to coach teams to self-organise and maintain consistent delivery velocity
• Experience managing cross-functional teams and navigating complex stakeholder landscapes
