Adaptations Technician
Ty Coch, Bangor

• 37 hours per week, permanent position

We are Adra. We provide quality homes in North Wales. We’re not an organisation that stands still. This role involves preparing detailed CAD drawings for disabled adaptations, suitable for submission to Building Control and Planning, along with associated design, Health & Safety, and tender documents.

You will liaise with Adra’s Client Team, Occupational Therapists, and residents during the design and specification process to develop suitable designs that meet residents' needs and comply with regulations.

Additionally, you will assist the Land Management and Facilities Coordinators in maintaining plans/drawings related to Adra’s assets, facilities, and communal areas.

Language Requirements: Fluent in spoken and written Welsh
