Associate Director level Trading Valuer - Mixed trading sectors - Hybrid / potential home working - Large corporation - London and Home counties

Latymer Search is pleased to assist a well-known name in property with their hiring plans across their Valuation and Advisory teams.

They are recruiting for two Trading Valuers to join their current team, which comprises around 9 members, with approximately 30 additional staff across the wider valuation and advisory teams.

The role involves high-profile large schemes and assets, with recent valuation work including private members clubs and casinos. The work will be a balanced mix of Leisure, Hotels, Pubs, Healthcare, and other alternative assets. You will be responsible for quoting incoming work and managing the entire valuation process.

The firm advises numerous lenders, including high street banks, private banks, insurance companies, and challenger banks, and is recognized as a leading provider of loan security valuation services nationwide.

The position offers hybrid/home working arrangements depending on individual circumstances.

Offering:

• Basic salary - open to individual discussion depending on experience - agency range approx. £65,000 - £85,000, plus car allowance and annual bonus. The client discusses bonus details directly with applicants. The firm is known for competitive salary and bonus packages.

• Reporting technology includes Kell, and development appraisals utilize Argus Developer, with AI for templating.
