Overview

Our client is a major media and entertainment brand, based out of fantastic offices in Central London.

This is a high-visibility and high-impact role where you will shape systems critical to revenue. You’ll be the driving force behind technical delivery and will co-lead a small (offshore remote) team, while working closely with multiple internal stakeholders to optimise CRM and Order Management Systems (OMS) and the overall Quote to Cash process that makes this thriving advertising-led business a success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own and manage Salesforce CRM, Order Management Systems and related integrations.
  • Oversee ad server configuration and the broader sales/finance technology stack (pre-sales, activation, reporting, invoicing).
  • Prioritise and deliver the product roadmap, balancing day-to-day fixes with system improvements.
  • Manage delivery from a small team (solutions architect, project manager, and offshore Salesforce developers).
  • Drive effective vendor management, ensuring timely resolution of issues and maximising system value.
  • Act as the key point between sales, finance, and operations teams, streamlining requests and reducing disruption.
What We’re Looking For
  • Experience in commercial or ad tech systems.
  • Hands-on configuration and technical knowledge of Salesforce (essential) and OMS such as Lineup (highly beneficial) or alternatives such as FatTail, Placements IO, or Advendio a plus.
  • Understanding of ad server technologies
  • Strong vendor management skills with a proactive approach to delivery and problem-solving.
  • Excellent communication skills to engage with cross-functional stakeholders.
