The Role – AD (Anaerobic Digestion) Plant Operator

RenEco is currently looking for an AD Plant Operator to join our expanding AD and Lab Department. Within this position, the successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient day-to-day operations of our large, state-of-the-art AD plant.

• Monitor the Anaerobic Digestion plant processes, ensuring optimal performance using SCADA control systems.
• Conduct daily site sampling, testing, record keeping, and reporting.
• Oversee the operational control of the Anaerobic Digestion and Power Plants in accordance with site procedures.
• Collaborate with management, operators, and the business development team; perform tests on various materials to ensure they meet operational needs and quality standards of final products (e.g., fertilising materials, specialty gases).
• Proactively resolve process issues.
• Ensure compliance with Health and Safety policies and Codes of Practice, including developing and implementing Risk Assessments, Safe Systems of Work, and Standard Operating Procedures.

The Person

• Experience in a similar role with technical knowledge of Anaerobic Digestion.
• Experience conducting lab testing.
