Born within a creative agency, we launched our paid media practice in mid-2021, with the purpose to offer clients properly end-to-end integrated creative and media services. We’ve had strong growth and scaled from a start-up media team to a full-service agency, now with over 20 media specialists working on a stellar roster of brands both in the UK and international markets and collaborating with an array of agency talent in McCann Worldgroup and IPG.

Key responsibilities:
  • Assist in managing clients' trafficking, measurement, tagging, and ensure effective execution of digital campaigns.
  • Translate media plans into ad server setups with creative details, landing URLs, and analytics tracking.
  • Build taxonomy URLs and assign creatives to media placements.
  • Collaborate with Brand Safety partners for tagging needs.
  • Manage data integrity across digital activities.
  • Support senior team members on projects.
  • Conduct QA/testing of tags and troubleshoot issues.
  • Distribute creative/ad tags to stakeholders/media partners.
  • Build and maintain relationships with client service teams.
  • Demonstrate curiosity, attention to detail, and a proactive learning attitude.
  • Ensure team deliverables meet client objectives and quality standards.
  • Employ creative problem-solving to business challenges.
About You
  • Experience with trafficking, reporting, tagging, and Ad Operations.
  • Proficiency in Excel and handling large data sheets.
  • Knowledge of ad verification and brand safety tools.
  • Ability to manage stakeholders across markets and teams.
  • Technical aptitude for client service queries.
  • Strong attention to detail, communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
  • Team player with a collaborative ethic and a drive to succeed.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment.
  • Media agency experience is a plus.
