Ad Operations Manager – CTV

WHO WE ARE

Frame Advertising is the newly launched Ad Sales House of Narrative Entertainment UK. As a fast-paced startup with the backing of an established company, we specialise in innovative video advertising, particularly in Connected TV (CTV). With ambitious plans to expand beyond Narrative’s portfolio and represent third-party channels, we’re building something exciting, making this the perfect time to join our journey.

THE ROLE

We are seeking an experienced Ad Operations Manager to join our dynamic team. This role will be pivotal in our CTV advertising operations, working closely with Sales, Finance, and Digital Content teams to ensure seamless ad delivery and campaign performance. The role will report to the Director of Ad Sales.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  1. Oversee CTV ad trafficking, campaign management, and optimisation.
  2. Ensure correct implementation of ad tags, creative assets, and tracking pixels.
  3. Manage relationships with programmatic partners (DSPs, SSPs, ad exchanges).
  4. Troubleshoot advanced ad-serving issues related to CTV inventory.
  5. Analyse campaign data to improve ad yield and efficiency.
  6. Create and deliver weekly client reporting and post-campaign analyses.
  7. Onboard and manage new supply partners.
  8. Collaborate with engineering and product teams to implement new ad tech solutions.
  9. Manage revenue reporting and forecasting.
  10. Support the Ad Sales team with technical expertise and campaign delivery.
  11. Liaise with the Finance team on revenue reconciliation and reporting.
  12. Work with Digital Content teams to ensure optimal ad placement and user experience.

WHO YOU ARE

  1. 3-5+ years of experience in digital AV advertising operations, preferably in an SME environment.
  2. Experience with Springserve, FreeWheel, Magnite, or similar ad-serving platforms.
  3. Strong technical knowledge of server-to-server integrations and ad trafficking.
  4. Ability to manage multiple campaigns and troubleshoot issues in real-time.
  5. Understanding of measurement and attribution in CTV (e.g., Adalyser, DV, IAB).
  6. Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively across departments.
  7. Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills.
  8. Keen to learn, develop processes, and grow with the business.

EXPERIENCE

  1. Strong CTV ad operations experience is essential.
  2. Background in traditional TV advertising or broadcasting is advantageous.
  3. Understanding of how digital video and traditional TV ecosystems intersect.
  4. Experience applying TV advertising concepts and workflows to the CTV environment.
