Job summary

Randstad Education in Croydon is seeking an adaptable Cover Teaching Assistant to support students with SEN. You will work closely with teaching staff to deliver tailored academic and emotional assistance and help pupils achieve their full potential in an inclusive, safe environment. Working hours 8:20–4:15.

You must have full eligibility to work in the UK (sponsorship not offered). GCSE English and Maths at grade 4/C or above, an Enhanced DBS (or willing to obtain one), and proven experience

In this position, you will collaborate closely with teaching staff to deliver tailored academic and emotional assistance, promote an inclusive and secure environment, and help pupils with varied learning requirements achieve their full potential. Because daily tasks depend on the evolving needs of the school, flexible and ad hoc availability is ideal.

Working Hours: 8:20-4:15

Requirements:

• Grade 4/C or above in English and Maths GCSE.
