Job summary

DBR Builders (NW) Ltd. is urgently seeking Casual / Ad-Hoc Site Labourers for a major residential development in Wigan. The role involves loading/unloading, moving materials around the site, maintaining cleanliness, and assisting trades and the Site Manager. Work is ad-hoc with no guaranteed hours; shifts typically 8:00am–5:00pm.

Immediate availability preferred; long-term progression may be available with increased pay based on performance and reliability.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• Physically able to perform manual labour.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload deliveries and safely distribute building materials to required areas and floors.
• Carry out manual handling and general labouring tasks safely with suitable methods.
• Maintain good housekeeping throughout the working day, clearing debris and keeping access routes clear.
• Provide general assistance to trades and the Site Manager with site tasks as directed.
• Comply with site induction, risk assessments, manual-handling requirements and PPE rules.
