AD / Director level Commercial Valuation Surveyor – MRICS / FRICS - Home working – Hiring in London and Greater London - £70,000 - £100,000 basic salary, no car allowance, 2.5% bonus over agreed threshold.

My client, founded around 15 years ago, is now a team of approximately 70 employees mainly based in London and Southeast England. They focus on secured lending work, with 38 valuers covering all sectors.

In my experience recruiting in this sector, my client has gone somewhat under the radar but employs a sizable and loyal team, mostly senior / AD / Director level valuers who value their autonomous, flexible yet supportive culture. They tend to be among the best payers in the market, with a salary-led structure rather than commission-based like many corporate firms.

Their valuation workload primarily involves residential and commercial secured lending. They are on several bank panels and work with panel managers such as VAS, CVN, Method, and Appraisers UK, as well as direct relationships with banks like Lloyds, MFS, Market Financial Solutions, and private instructions from developers. Typical workload expectations are 2-3 jobs per week depending on complexity.

Typical Offering:

• Basic salary between £70,000 - £100,000 depending on location, experience, and contacts
