What You'll Be Doing:
Join our team as a Stroke Rehab Occupational Therapist and play a key role in improving the lives of patients recovering from acute and stroke-related conditions. This role includes work on acute wards as well as stroke rehab units. In this role, you will:

* perform comprehensive patient assessments

* create and implement personalised care plans

* deliver evidence-based treatments to optimise patient outcomes

* collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic care

* maintain accurate patient records

Requirements & Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:

* a current and valid HCPC registration

* experience working with stroke rehab and acute care patients

* strong communication and interpersonal skills

* the ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team

* a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care

Working Hours & Contract Duration:
This role offers a flexible working position and requires availability from Monday to Friday , with flexibility where possible. The contract is ongoing with a strong possibility of extension based on performance and service needs.
