This post is focused on the implementation and delivery of Acute Diagnostic Oncology (ADO) pathways from external trusts by early intervention and support for patients with a new cancer diagnosis.
To provide professional and clinical leadership and expertise in acute oncology and upper GI cancers, acting as a resource for education and training.
To provide early input of specialist nursing care to oncology patients
The Hillingdon Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is the only acute Hospital in the London Borough of Hillingdon and offers a wide range of services including accident and emergency, inpatient care, day surgery, outpatient clinics and maternity services. The Trust's services at Mount Vernon Hospital include routine day surgery, delivered at a modern treatment centre, a minor injuries unit and outpatient clinics.

This post is focused on the implementation and delivery of ADO/AOS and support for patients with an Upper GI cancer.
