The service sits within Medical Division, delivering rapid assessment and care through SDEC, MAU and MSS pathways, with a focus on safe, timely management and discharge from hospital.

Qualifications

• Essential: MRCP or GMC full registration with licence to practice and entry on Specialist Register (or within six months of interview).
• Desirable: Higher Degree.

Responsabilités

• Rollling 7-day rota with MSS ward rounds and MAU post-take rounds.
• Assess and manage patients referred from ED/primary care with acute medical needs.
• Provide safe discharge planning with senior clinical leadership and support to junior staff.
