Job summary

Marsh is seeking an Actuary to join the Risk Consulting & Analytics Solutions team in London. You will work on analytics platforms, model development, and advisory projects for a diverse, global client base within Marsh Specialty.

The role requires 4+ years of actuarial or analytics experience, strong Excel and programming skills, and the ability to present findings to clients. The position is hybrid, offering growth and career development within a leading global organisation.

Qualifications

• Strong analytics or actuarial background in risk management or insurance.
• 4+ years of relevant experience in model development, risk management or advisory.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and at least one programming language.
• Strong presentation skills with client-facing delivery experience.
• Knowledge of commercial specialty insurance programs.

Responsibilities

• Deploy analytics platforms across key divisions (Aviation, Construction, Credit, Energy & Power, FINPRO, Marine, PEMA) with business leaders.
• Drive engagement with Marsh Risk Consulting analytics offerings across Marsh Specialty UK&I clients.
• Lead and support analytics projects delivering high‑quality client outcomes.
• Support UK&I sales and client service with clear results and practical recommendations.
• Collaborate with global Marsh teams to share best practices.
