Job summary

Marsh is seeking an Actuary to join the Risk Consulting & Analytics Solutions team in the UK. You will apply advanced analytics and actuarial methods to deliver client-focused solutions across pricing, modelling and advisory work, helping shape analytics in Marsh Specialty.

The role involves collaborating with global teams to deliver high-quality projects, presenting results clearly, and supporting sales and client service to drive business impact.

Qualifications

• Strong actuarial or analytics background with risk management or insurance experience.
• Proficient in MS Excel and at least one programming language.
• Experience delivering consulting projects with client-facing communication.

Responsibilities

• Support deployment of analytics platforms across key divisions and work with business leaders on model development.
• Drive engagement with analytics offerings across Marsh Specialty UK&I clients.
• Lead and support analytics project delivery with high-quality outcomes.
• Assist UK&I sales and client service with clear results and actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with Marsh global teams to share best practices.
