We're looking for graduate or early-career actuaries to join a successful and growing insurance business based in Manchester who specialise in Property, Casualty, and Motor Insurance.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Work closely with experienced underwriters to understand and assess real-world insurance risks.
  • Contribute to pricing, profitability, and risk evaluation across Property, Casualty, and Fleet Motor lines.
  • Develop and improve actuarial models and tools to support underwriting and portfolio management.
  • Take an active role in refining forecasting techniques and reserving practices.
  • Collaborate in a solution-driven team environment that values practical insight and innovation.

What We're Looking For:

  • A numerically strong graduate or early-career actuary (with a relevant degree - Maths, Statistics, Actuarial Science, etc.).
  • Someone who is curious, proactive, and eager to learn.
  • A team player who thrives in a collaborative, fast-moving environment.
  • An independent thinker who welcomes feedback and values continuous improvement.
  • Previous insurance experience (internships or placements) is helpful but not essential.
