• Shape reserving output and drive a live transformation project focusing on automation, analytics, and process improvements.
• Work directly with underwriting, reinsurance, finance and claims and report to the Head of Reserving.
• Manage GAAP and Solvency II reserving, quarterly reporting and regulatory sign-off.
• Handle a niche, technically rich motor reserving book rather than vanilla personal lines.
• Operate within a major Lloyd's insurer, with scale and the agility of a specialist team.
