Job summary

Marsh in London is seeking a driven Part or nearly Qualified Actuary to join the Risk Consulting & Analytics Solutions team. The role blends model development, client advisory, and cross-functional collaboration within one of the world’s leading insurance brokers.

This hybrid role requires in-office work at least three days per week and offers opportunities to work with a diverse, global client base across Marsh Specialty divisions.

Qualifications

• Strong analytics or actuarial background in risk management or commercial insurance.
• Proficient in MS Excel and at least one programming language.
• Several years of relevant experience in model development or advisory/consulting.
• Familiarity with Solvency II or capital modelling frameworks; Lloyd's/London Market experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support analytics project delivery with high-quality outputs and client satisfaction.
• Support UK&I sales and client service across brokerage and consulting—through results presentation, methodology explanation and actionable recommendations.
• Coordinate with Marsh UK&I leadership and Risk Consulting & Analytics Solutions colleagues on model development.
• Collaborate with Marsh global teams to share and embed best practices.
