  • DFA modeling of structured or customized solutions across multiple lines, aligned with client risk frameworks.
  • Development of bespoke models and innovative approaches for poorly modeled or niche portfolios.
  • Delivering presentations and advice to clients and C-suite executives across Latin America and the Caribbean.
  • Creating innovative analytical products to expand service offerings.
  • Guidance to junior team members.
  • Regional travel and client presentations in Miami, South/Central America, and the Caribbean.

About You

  • Professional or academic actuarial qualification or similar.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to apply advanced mathematical and actuarial techniques.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and delegate effectively.
  • Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Experience in training junior staff is desirable.
  • Spanish proficiency is desirable.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary, a supportive team environment, and various benefits, including:

  • At least 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, with options to buy extra days.
  • Defined contribution pension scheme with company contributions.
  • Life insurance (4x salary, up to 10x optional).
  • Income protection up to 50% of salary, with options to top-up.
  • Health cash plan or private medical insurance.

Additional benefits include volunteering days, stock purchase plans, critical illness cover, gym discounts, season ticket loans, shopping vouchers, family care support, and more.
