About XPS Group:
XPS Group is a prominent UK consultancy and administration firm within the pensions and insurance sectors. As a FTSE 250 company with over 2000 employees, we leverage expertise alongside advanced technology to serve over 1,400 pension schemes and their sponsors. Our goal is to foster a workplace where diverse talents thrive.
Our Pensions Advisory business continues to grow, and we are now looking for a number of Actuarial Analysts to join our GMP Equalisation Team. This is an exciting role and would most likely suit someone with experience as a qualified/part-qualified pensions actuary who enjoys the technical aspects of actuarial work. We are also interested in hearing from candidates with a pensions administration background. While not a job requirement, study support is available towards actuarial qualifications if this is part of your chosen career path.
About the Role:
We are looking for a number of Actuarial Analysts to join our GMP Equalisation team. We have a unique approach to solving the problems around GMP and are looking for technically minded people to join our friendly supportive team.
Though previous experience in GMP calculations is an advantage, a desire and ability to grasp complex actuarial concepts and find solutions to them is a requirement. In this role you will be working as part of the GMP team to assist clients in equalising pensions for their scheme members.
