Aon is hiring an Actuarial Analyst for the UK team focused on Globally Managed Clients. You should be a nearly/newly qualified actuary with a GI pricing background, capable of technical modelling and financial analysis for reinsurance.

You will work on data preparation, pricing, stochastic modelling, and presenting findings to clients. The role offers exposure to large, high-profile reinsurance transactions and a collaborative analytics environment.

Actuarial Analyst UK Team: Globally Managed Clients

What the day will look like

The Analyst should be a nearly/newly qualified actuary and will be primarily responsible for technical modelling and financial analysis for Globally Managed Clients with a main focus on property lines. You will work on reinsurance analysis for some of our largest clients across:

• Data Preparation:Collecting, cleaning, and preparing data for analysis.
• Reinsurance Pricing and Analysis:Conducting pricing and financial analysis for reinsurance contracts.
• Stochastic Modelling:Use of Aon's ReMetrica software to stochastically analyse reinsurance treaties
• Actuarial Model Building and Testing:Developing and validating actuarial models to support pricing, reserving, and capital management.
• Presentation of Results:Communicating findings and recommendations to brokers and clients in a clear and concise manner.
