Actuarial Analyst Role: Our Actuarial Department is looking to hire a motivated Actuary within the Central Team, based in our London office with flexible working benefits. The role is suitable for someone eager to learn, enjoys analyzing, and communicating claims experience drivers.
The Central team handles Reserving, performance forecasting, and provides insights to support business decisions across the Household portfolio. It plays a crucial role in understanding performance amidst changing market conditions. The role also involves transformation projects, IFRS17, regulatory reporting, and opportunities to work on Motor and Capital projects through our flexible resourcing model.

Main Responsibilities as an Actuarial Analyst:
- Claims Analysis – participating in detailed investigations to explain trends.
- Quarterly and monthly reporting – producing high-quality reports and analysis.
- Model building – utilizing tools including Power BI, Python, R, and more.
- Collaboration – building relationships and supporting actuarial teams and the wider business.
- Culture – contributing positively within a supportive team environment.
Skills and Experience Needed:
- Prior experience in an actuarial role.
