We are recruiting for the leading provider of out-of-school-hours childcare for primary school children in the UK. This company continues to grow in size, quality, and scope every year and is looking for someone who is enthusiastic and passionate about children’s play and activities, and who can inspire the next generation of children!

As a Play Worker, you don't necessarily need any specific experience, but ideally you will have:

  • A Passion for Working with Children – providing inclusive, fun, and engaging activities for children, inspiring them to explore their interests
  • Enthusiasm and Organisation Skills – assisting with planning and delivering a variety of activities, including multi-sports, indoor and outdoor games, arts & crafts, downtime, and structured play
  • Responsibility and Reliability – ensuring the safety and enjoyment of children, following policies and procedures, completing accident and incident reports, and conducting health & safety checks
  • Communication and Engagement – maintaining professional conduct and effective communication with team members, parents, children, and schools, representing the organisation positively
