You may be required to undertake and complete the national Care Certificate within 12 weeks if you meet our criteria. We provide full training and support. The Care Certificate covers 15 national care standards, demonstrating the skills and knowledge needed to deliver safe, high-quality care. It is a foundation for career development within the NHS.

Responsibilities include establishing supportive relationships, helping individuals set recovery goals, modeling responsibility and self-awareness, using initiative, teaching coping techniques, and supporting service users to overcome fears in a relationship of trust and honesty.
