Job Details

Hours and Shift Pattern: 32 hours per week. Shift pattern includes every other weekend.

Weekend Enhancement: An additional £2.00 per hour will be paid from 7am to 8pm on Saturdays and Sundays.

About Gloucestershire House

Gloucestershire House is a purpose-built facility with six additional bungalows, serving 36 adults with physical disabilities. The service is rated 'outstanding' by CQC.

About the Role

As an Activities Worker, you will deliver engaging social and recreational activities, organize outings and events, and create a variety of opportunities to enhance residents' lives. Creativity and enthusiasm are essential to provide diverse activities such as social events, group interests, or baking sessions.

About You

No prior experience in activity work is required. However, artistic flair, organizational skills, or an interest in arranging social activities are important. A manual driving license held for at least 2 years is required. Previous experience working with people with disabilities is advantageous but not mandatory.
