Qualifications

• Experience is not essential, as training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Devise imaginative, fun and motivational activities that suit every interest and ability.
• Create tailored activities programmes focusing on wellbeing, independence and social engagement.
• Spend time with residents and their families to understand needs and preferences.
• Coordinate activities within the home and in the local community.
