Job summary

Avante Care & Support Ltd in Canterbury is seeking an Activities Coordinator to bring energy, fun and inspiration to residents through creative, personalised activities. You’ll run social events, cultural programmes, 1:1 support and outings to keep residents active, engaged and happy.

You’ll work with colleagues, families and volunteers, drive the minibus if needed, and tailor activities to individual interests while upholding Avante’s Eden Alternative Philosophy.

• Passion for improving residents' lives.
• Caring, compassionate and motivating.

Responsibilities

• Create meaningful experiences promoting independence and wellbeing.

As our Activities Coordinator, you’ll bring energy, fun, and inspiration to residents’ lives through creative, personalised activities. From social events and cultural programmes to 1:1 support and outings, you’ll help residents stay active , engaged, and happy .
