We're looking for a compassionate and creative Activities Therapist to join our friendly residential care team in Northern Ireland. In this rewarding role, you'll design and deliver engaging activities that support the well-being, independence, and enjoyment of our residents.

What you'll do:

Plan and run stimulating group and individual activities.

Work closely with staff, residents, and families to ensure programmes reflect residents' needs and interests.

Support residents living with dementia through meaningful and person-centred engagement.

Maintain accurate records and feedback to continuously improve activity provision.

What we're looking for:

Experience working with older adults, ideally including dementia care.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work flexibly, both independently and as part of a team.

A relevant vocational qualification (or willingness to work towards one).

Right to work in the UK.
