We are looking for an Activities Organiser to support the Engagement Lead in enhancing residents' quality of life through engaging activities that promote wellbeing.

Rate of Pay: £13.32 per hour

Contract Type: Full-time, Part-time, or Zero Hours

Contract Hours: 36, 24, or Zero Hours

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Support the Engagement Lead in developing engaging activity programmes.
• Promote a team approach to Engagement and Wellbeing within the B&M activity framework.
• Plan activities for your duty hours, ensuring resources and environment are suitable.
• Consult with the Engagement Lead on plans and resource requirements.
• Provide support and companionship during activities.
• Identify residents' interests and plan activities accordingly.
