A leading care provider is looking for an activity coordinator to enrich residents' lives through arts and entertainment. The ideal candidate will have a background in music or performing arts and a genuine passion for enhancing well-being. The role includes organizing activities and community events, providing a rewarding experience for both the residents and the staff.
From £12.21 per hour up to £14.53, full-time or part-time hours available at Brook View, located near West Moors in Ferndown, Dorset.

What would your day look like?
Every day, we offer a variety of activities to our residents. You would coordinate activities such as musical events, group singing, acting, garden games, minibus trips, quizzes, and incorporate your own flair!
Alongside the team, you'll support work within the community, inviting people to coffee mornings, fayres, and functions, helping make these events a success. Seeing our residents' positive reactions is incredibly rewarding!
You will work early and late shifts on a rota basis, including alternate weekends.
What we're looking for
Our residents' well-being is paramount, and sharing smiles and laughter is the best way to brighten everyone's day!
You need to be a team player with a caring and patient attitude, confident in front of groups and during one-to-one activities.
If you have a background in theatre, music, or performance, this job is ideal for you.
The higher rate of pay applies if you have relevant qualifications for this position.
