As an Activities Manager, you will lead and manage the efficient operation of all activities within the Fitness, Group Exercise, Racquets, Swim, and Families Departments at your DL Club. You will regularly act as Duty Manager, taking responsibility for the overall operation of the entire club.

About you:

As Activities Manager, we are looking for someone who:

  • Has experience managing a large operational service delivery facility (e.g., restaurant, attraction, retail unit, sporting or leisure facility).
  • Experience leading a variety of functions with variable challenges and goals, or across multiple departments.
  • Possesses excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Has experience in financial planning and management.
  • Is passionate about customer service.
