As an Activities Manager, you will lead and manage the efficient operation of all activities in the Fitness, Group Exercise, Racquets, Swim, and Families Departments within your DL Club. You will regularly act as Duty Manager, taking responsibility for the overall operation of the club.


We take pride in the service we offer our members, so selecting the right team is key. You will lead the recruitment, training, and empowerment of your team to ensure they deliver an exceptional experience to our members.

About you :

As Activities Manager, we are looking for someone who:

  • Has experience managing a large operational service delivery facility (e.g., restaurant, attraction, retail unit, sporting or leisure facility).
  • Experience leading a variety of functions with variable challenges and goals, or across multiple departments.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Experience in financial planning and management.
  • A passion for customer service.
