We\'re constantly looking for ways to make things better, always putting our residents and people at the heart of what we do.

We have big ambitions and are looking for superstars to join us.

In Extra Care, our residents live independently in their own homes within one of our schemes, complete with communal lounges, gardens, cafés/bistros and salons. The role of Assistant Housing Manager is to ensure that all residents living on a Housing 21 Extra Care Court receive a high quality and responsive housing management service in a safe and secure environment, including providing support where necessary, and encouraging a sense of independence and choice.

  • Experience of providing a professional high quality service to older/and or vulnerable people
  • Experience of dealing with sensitive and confidential information
