HC-One is looking for an Activities Co-ordinator to design and deliver engaging activities for Residents across dementia, nursing, residential and specialist care homes. You will support the Home Manager with fundraising events and foster a warm, caring environment through planned activities and teamwork.

Success in this role relies on a lively, positive energy, strong organisational skills, and the ability to connect with residents and colleagues with genuine kindness.

Qualifications

• Experience working with vulnerable individuals.
• Strong planning and organisational abilities plus IT skills.
• Ability to engage residents with kindness and positivity.

• Plan and implement activities that delight residents.
• Assist Home Manager with fundraising events.
• Encourage residents to socialise and participate in activities.
