Job summary

HC-One is seeking an Activities Co-ordinator to bring kindness to every aspect of our dementia, nursing, residential and specialist care homes across the UK. You will plan and implement activities that delight residents, support social engagement, and assist with fundraising events led by the Home Manager.

With strong planning and IT skills, you will work with colleagues across the home, ensuring safeguarding and resident wellbeing, while providing compassionate, person-centred activities

Qualifications

• Experience working with vulnerable individuals preferred.
• Ability to plan engaging activities and tailor programmes to residents.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement activities to delight residents.
• Assist Home Manager with fundraising events.
• Encourage socialisation and resident participation.
