Job summary

Splendid Hospitality is seeking an Activities Coordinator / Driver to promote and enhance the wellbeing of residents through meaningful, person-centred activities and experiences. You will facilitate engagement, maintain community connections and organise activities reflecting individual interests and abilities.

The role includes safely driving the home's minibus to support outings, appointments and community engagement opportunities.

Qualifications

• DBS check required before employment.
• Full UK driving licence with eligibility to insure minibus.

Job description

Your role would be to promote and enhance the physical, emotional, social, and mental wellbeing of residents through the delivery of meaningful, person-centred activities and experiences. The Activities Coordinator / Driver will support residents to live fulfilling lives by facilitating engagement, maintaining community connections, and organising activities that reflect individual interests, preferences, and abilities.

You’ll help write the small, meaningful chapters in someone’s story, and in return, you’ll be part of a community that values and supports you too.

Please note, that all our roles are subject to an enhanced police check (Disclosure Barring Service – DBS) before employment commences.

The role includes responsibility for safely driving the home's minibus to support resident outings, appointments, and community engagement opportunities.

This role is for 42.5 hours a week, inclusive of an unpaid break.

A full UK driving licence is required and must be eligible and able to be insured to drive the company's minibus.
