Job summary

Holmes Care Group LTD in Scotland is seeking an Activity Coordinator to enhance residents' lives through engaging activities, compassionate companionship, and supportive care.

You will work closely with the care team to plan daily activities, support families, and promote well-being. Training and ongoing development are provided to help you deliver a stimulating, person-centered experience for each resident.

Qualifications

• Previous experience of Activity Coordinator work is desirable, but not essential, as training and support will be given.
• For this post, we warmly welcome applicants who have previous carer experience.

Responsibilities

• Providing excellent care and support to residents
• Assisting residents in all aspects of their care needs, e.g. physical, emotional and spiritual
• Providing support and guidance to family members
• Engaging in day to day activities and providing companionship to residents
• Maintaining good communication and developing effective working relationships with other team members
