From pumpkin-carving, to budding gardening, crafts and more - no two days will ever be the same as you support our residents to try new things and ensure they feel connected with the wider community.What you will be doing: It’s hard to capture everything but we’ve jotted down a few key parts of the role below:Organise varied activities within the Home to cater for a variety of interests and life stories for individuals, small groups and large numbers of residents.Meet targets set out to improve our resident’s lives which includes getting to know every resident through our 'Resident of the Day’ programmeWork together with other local community groups and the wider local area.Bring fun, ideas, and energy into our residents’ lives! Inspire others through great relationships, to deliver a range of thought-provoking wellbeing ideasCoordinate a wide range of trips & experiences within the local area for small groups & individualsArrange key events throughout the year, such as seasonal celebrations & charity eventsAbout You:We are looking for someone who is friendly, welcoming, and entertaining, and would ensure all activities are appropriate for all residents.
