Job summary
Jubilee Court Care Home in the Select Healthcare Group is seeking an Activity Coordinator to design and deliver engaging activities, organise events and outings, and support residents’ rehabilitation journey. You will contribute to a structured programme that enhances quality of life.
Previous care-home activity experience and a valid UK driving license are essential. The role offers DBS, ongoing training, onsite parking and a company pension scheme.

Jubilee Court is a care home for 30 Adult Service Users with Physical Disabilities, Acquired Brain Injury and Degenerative Neurological Disorders, requiring a continuum of care, through a structured programme of rehabilitation.
The role of Activity Coordinator at Select is too develop and deliver engaging activities, supporting events and outings. By organising these events and programmes, you will enhance the lives of our residents. - Previous experience within a similar role in a care or nursing home is essential
- Must be able to drive and hold a valid UK driving license
- Free DBS check
