Job summary

Eltisley Manor, operated by Nouvita Healthcare Ltd., seeks an Activities Coordinator to plan and deliver engaging activities that keep residents happy and connected. You’ll lead crafts, gentle exercise, and seasonal events, working closely with care teams to meet therapeutic goals and maintain a warm, home-like atmosphere.

You will create inclusive, meaningful experiences, build relationships with residents and families, and ensure accurate records for care planning and quality monitoring.

  • Organise special events, themed days, community visits (where appropriate), and seasonal celebrations

About The Role

You will plan and deliver a range of activities that keep our residents engaged, entertained, and happy. From afternoon tea in the garden to arts and crafts, gentle exercise classes to seasonal celebrations. You will have the freedom to get creative, try new things, and really make the role your own. No two days will be the same here at Eltisely Manor, that's what makes this job role special and unique.

What You Will Be Doing:
