Job summary

Agincare Weymouth is seeking staff for Norton Lees Care Home in Sheffield to deliver compassionate care and engaging activities. This role involves planning and leading games, crafts and social events to boost wellbeing and community spirit.

You will organise celebrations and outings, foster joy through creativity and connection, and encourage movement and social engagement while supporting residents daily.

Qualifications

• Right to work in the UK for at least 12 months.
• Availability to work 30 hours per week.
• A warm, creative and people-focused personality.
