Job summary

Agincare is seeking an Activities Coordinator for a care home in the Hayling Island area. You will design and deliver joyful activities to residents, using your energy, imagination and enthusiasm to make every day meaningful.

The role offers part-time to full-time flexibility, with a 30-hour week across four days and weekend work. A warm, creative, people-focused personality is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 months right to work in the UK.
• Available to commit to 30 hours per week, including alternating weekends.
• Hours 9:00 to 16:30 over four days per week; flexibility required.

• Bring energy, creativity and fun into daily life for residents.
• Plan engaging activities, games, quizzes, crafts and one-to-one moments.
• Organise events like BBQs and Christmas parties.
• Arrange visits from entertainers and local businesses.
• Support movement and independence through fun physical activities.
• Lead social outings and in-home activities for all abilities.

All you need is:

• A minimum of 12 months right to work in the UK
• The availability to commit to 30 hours per week to include working alternative weekends
• The hours from 9am to 4.30pm over four days per week, these times may differ, so flexibility is required
• A warm, creative, people-focused personality
