Springcare is looking for a kind and compassionate Activities Coordinator to join our team and create a stimulating environment for residents. The role is 40 hours per week, with day contracts available, and involves coordinating activities and supporting wellbeing.
You will work as part of the care team to plan personalised programmes, liaise with external partners, and ensure activities run smoothly while maintaining clear records and communications.

At Springcare, Activities coordinators help to strengthen our care team and play an important part in enhancing the lives of our residents and improving their wellbeing.

Every day is different in care, and as an activities coordinator your daily routines may be:
Organising personalised activities for residents
Contacting and working with third parties to arrange events such as choirs, dancing and shows, and any transport that is needed.
Managing any activities that have been organised
Accompanying residents on any outings
Attending any meetings
Updating any social media platforms, newsletters, and noticeboards, with photographs and information
Completing any documents and updating records.
Successful applicants would require two written references, a standard/enhanced DBS (Disclosure Barring Service) (depending on role) and evidence of a right to work in the UK check.
