Job Title: Activities Co-ordinator
Reports To: Home Manager
To create and develop a welcoming and inviting environment encouraging all service users to participate in the activities offered within the home. Design and deliver a wide-ranging variety of activities to ensure all interests and levels of physical and mental agility of the service users are met.

Hold or work towards achieving NVQ Level 2 in Support Services in Healthcare - Desirable (CV / Certificate / Interview)
Demonstrate understanding of the role of social interaction plays in the general wellbeing of people - Essential (CV / Interview)
Previous involvement in voluntary or community activity and roles - Desirable (CV)
Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing - Essential (CV / Interview)
Ability to work under own initiative and demonstrate imagination in a fast-paced environment - Essential (Interview)
Polite and courteous manner - Essential (Interview / References)
Ability to work as part of a team and carry out tasks as directed by other team members - Essential (Interview / References)
