Person Specification

Qualifications

• While prior experience in a care or activities coordination role is preferred, it is not strictly required. The key attributes for this position are a genuine interest in working with older adults, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to design and implement engaging activities that meet the diverse needs of the residents.
