At Whitehouse Care Home, we believe that life should be full of joy, laughter, and purpose no matter your age. We’re looking for a creative and compassionate Activities Coordinator to bring daily moments of happiness to our residents through thoughtful, engaging experiences.

What we offer:

  • £12.21 per hour
  • 30 hours per week
  • Pension
  • Onsite Parking

  • 5.6 Weeks Annual Leave (Based on a full-time contract)

Your Purpose
As Activities Coordinator, you’ll plan and deliver a varied programme of events, activities, and one-to-one support that keeps our residents mentally, emotionally, and socially active. From garden games and craft afternoons to music sessions, trips out, and quiet chats over tea you’ll help create moments that matter.

You’ll get to know each resident personally, tailoring activities to their interests, hobbies and life stories. Whether it’s organising a quiz, decorating for a themed party or helping someone write a letter to a loved one your work will make a real difference every single day.

What We’re Looking For
You’ll be someone who naturally brings energy, kindness, and positivity into a room. Previous experience in care or activity planning is great but more important is your passion for helping others live well. You’ll need good organisation skills, a warm, friendly manner, and the confidence to lead groups or provide one-to-one support.

About us:

You’ll be joining a values-led care home that’s part of the Care Concern Group, a family-owned provider with over 100 care homes across the UK. If you’re ready to take on a rewarding role in a growing and supportive environment, we’d love to hear from you.
We believe in delivering care to the highest standard, and our five core values guide everything we do:
Trust | Respect | Passion | Kindness | Inclusivity
These values define who we are and underpin everything we do, from the smallest interaction to the most complex care. If you live by these principles, this is a place where you can belong and truly make a difference.

If you’re ready to help others smile, laugh and feel truly connected, we’d love to hear from you.
