Aria Healthcare is seeking an enthusiastic Activities Coordinator to join their team at the Huntercombe Hall Nursing Home in Henley on Thames. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and executing engaging activities that enrich the lives of the residents. With a focus on fostering a vibrant and stimulating environment, the Activities Coordinator will play a crucial role in promoting the well-being and quality of life for the residents.

Main duties of the job

As an Activities Coordinator, you will be responsible for designing and implementing a diverse range of activities that cater to the interests and needs of the residents. This may include organizing group outings, facilitating arts and crafts workshops, leading exercise classes, and arranging entertainment. You will work closely with the residents, their families, and the wider care team to ensure that each individual's preferences and abilities are taken into account. The role requires strong interpersonal skills, creativity, and a genuine passion for enhancing the lives of older adults.
