We provide support to people with learning disabilities, mental health needs, older people, people with Autism, and physical disabilities across Wales. Our services include 24-hour support within their homes and short-term assistance with individual tasks or care needs, often in collaboration with Social Services. We are committed to high-quality support and care, and we seek individuals with the right skills, experience, and dedication to make a difference.

Activities Coordinators will assist the Area Manager in delivering Cartrefi Cymru’s mission to build community relationships through activities in hubs across Carmarthenshire, enhancing opportunities and outcomes for those we support.

What we can offer you: £28,590.45 - £29,140.26

(Pro rata depending on salary choice)

· £14.86 - £15.15 flexible rate, with benefit options - 20 days annual leave (plus statutory holidays), increasing to 25 after 5 years, plus Bank Holidays in lieu. Alternatively, a lower starting salary with 25 days leave, increasing to 30 after 5 years.

·45p per mile when using your own vehicle

KEY TASKS

We expect from you:

  • A commitment to enabling people to live fulfilled and independent lives within their homes and community.
  • A full valid driving license and a car for work purposes, as driving is essential.
  • Good organisational skills, ability to prioritise workload, and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication and networking skills, capable of engaging with people at all levels.
  • Creative thinking and ability to build on opportunities.
  • Computer literacy with experience in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Fully flexible over 7 days, including evenings and weekends.
