Job summary

Pathways care home in Sutton-in-Ashfield is seeking an enthusiastic Activities Coordinator/Life Skills Coordinator to plan and lead meaningful activities for residents. You will organise individual plans and group sessions, helping people pursue hobbies and educational opportunities while promoting independence and community involvement.

Our Activities Coordinators organise creative and fun activities for the people we support. No two days will ever be the same, but your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

Locations, transport and parking

Pathways is a short drive from the A38 and other major roads including the A60 and A617. If you're travelling north on the A38, turn left onto Coxmoor Road. Continue on the Coxmoor Road, then turn left onto Kingfisher Way. Drive past Eastlands, and Pathways is in the far right corner of the site. There are limited parking spaces in the home's car park. Public transport to Pathways: The home is a short walk from several bus stops.

• Garden Lane bus stop (stop ID: ntsgdamd), which is accessed by buses 103 and 417.
• Phoenix Street bus stop (stop ID: ntsgdata), which is accessed by bus 417.
• There's also a train station in the local area.
• Sutton Parkway - 1.3 miles away (28 minute walk or 4 minute drive).
