Job summary

Nurse Seekers Ltd in Cardiff is seeking a bubbly Activities Coordinator for 35 hours per week in a welcoming elderly nursing home.

You will plan and run engaging activities that promote socialisation, physical activity and mental stimulation, coordinate events with staff, and maintain records of participation and resident preferences to enhance quality of life.

Qualifications

• Experience in senior care settings essential.
• Passion for improving residents' quality of life.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of mental health care desirable.
